Hello,
I manage the Grange at Oborne, the venue that The Somebodys played at last night. Just a note to say how good I though they were, both musically and in terms of their song choices. Everyone was dancing from start to finish; in fact our dance floor was not big enough.

I just wanted to say how much we and all our guests enjoyed the band last night. It really made the night. Not only was their choice of music, vocals and musicality wonderful but they were also very entertaining and we especially liked the fake Scottish accent. Hi Sam (and everyone on the earcandy team),
I have only just got back from the honeymoon- hence my slightly delayed response. I have been really looking forward to emailing you just because I could not have better things to say about the band. They were just completely amazing. I feel awful that I never got to properly meet them and to say thank you in person as honestly I could not have been more grateful to them. They sung our first dance song perfectly and EVERYONE has written in their thank you letters how incredible the band were. The Dance floor was packed all night.... the biggest thing that I am grateful for was when the generator lost power and it could have been a real dampener on the evening, but the drummer did a solo and everyone still stayed on the dance floor. What could have been a disaster turned into one of the best bit of the whole evening, all thanks to the band!
Please will you say the biggest Thank you from me, and I will one hundred percent be recommending not only the band, but also your whole company to everyone I can. You have all be just so amazing and easy to deal with and I really could not be more grateful!

Just to let you know how our evening went on 25th June 2011.
We booked the band for our daughters wedding party and spent ages looking through websites when we came across earcandy. From first contact we felt at ease with the booking process and help that we received.
The band were punctual and such a nice group of lads.They were amazing and everyone had such a good time and were up dancing for the full time of the band playing. We had compliments on the choice of band all night.
We would definitely recommend earcandy to others and I am sure that all of our guests would too. It was a night to remember.

Support on the day far exceeded our expectations and your contribution certainly helped to make the day another major success. Attracting over 6,000 people, our combined efforts demonstrated how the Council, local services, groups and charities can work together to create a great day which really brought the Stone Parish community together.

Unfortunately I never got a chance to speak to them properly to say thank you but my best man and ushers did and said they were top blokes. Many of our guests have relayed their thanks and said how incredible they were. The dance floor was packed all night and at one point our wedding planner had to go outside to check the marquee was okay as so many people were jumping up and down on the dancing floor.
They had to learn our first dance song and sung it perfectly which we were very grateful for. Please will you say a big thank you from me, and I will one hundred percent be recommending not only The Somebodys, but also your whole company to everyone I can.

We were so pleased with the band. They were very friendly and efficient. At one point, the power at the venue blew and the band just fixed it calmly in a couple of minutes which was great. They also seemed to really get the theme of the evening, and they stuck to playing brit pop and rock as they saw our table names were Killers songs. It seemed as though they were adapting the play list as they went along to suit what the guests seemed to like. Nearly everybody at the wedding said they were the best wedding band they have heard, and lots of people have asked me for their contact details which I will happily pass on. The band sounded great, were brilliant performers and so professional and accommodating. Please pass our personal thanks on to them.

I booked The Somebodys via Earcandy for my wedding and they were awesome! They arrived in plenty of time, took a few minutes to chat and congratulate me on my marriage and were set up and performing in no time. The Somebodys had the room electrified and there were people dancing who I'd never seen dance before! A superb performance and I would definitely use Earcandy and The Somebodys again.
